Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely package the instrument in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
