Cavagnolo Vedette 10 Chromatic Button Accordion c1965

This gorgeous piece came in from a local family, who've had it since buying it new around seventy years ago. Cavagnolo have been making superb high end accordions in the Lyon region of France since 1923. You can still buy new examples today, with the most basic model starting around €4000 and more deluxe models, like this one, more like €14000. The detail and craftsmanship on show is outstanding, this is a very beautiful instrument. It's got a gorgeous, full, expressive, warm tone. This will surely make the right enthusiast very happy indeed.
